7. Compliance with Regulations

Stamper collaborates exclusively with legally authorized third-party manufacturers specializing in rubber, wood, and steel stamps. All partners comply with UAE regulations and obtain necessary approvals from the General Department of Criminal Investigation of Dubai Police.

8. Role of Stamper

Stamper acts as an intermediary between customers and licensed manufacturers. Stamper does not manufacture stamps directly but ensures that all partner manufacturers meet regulatory and licensing requirements.

9. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made via a valid credit card or other accepted payment methods.

  • By submitting payment details, you authorize Stamper to charge the total order amount, including applicable taxes and fees.

  • All payments are securely processed. Stamper does not store credit card details on its servers.

10. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped following business license verification (if required). Delivery timelines depend on the selected shipping method and destination.

Delivery Options:

  • Next-Day Delivery (NDD): Available for orders placed before 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be delivered the following business day.

  • 4-Hour Delivery: Available for orders placed between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM.

Delivery Conditions:

  • Delivery times are subject to stock availability and unforeseen delays.

  • Deliveries are conducted on business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Remote locations may not be eligible for delivery. Availability will be determined at checkout.

  • Customers must ensure the accuracy of their delivery address details.

11. Returns and Refunds

Customized stamps are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives defective. Customers must report defects within 48 hours of receipt. After this period, no returns or refunds shall be processed.
